Founded in 2002, the Law Offices of Serpe, Dizonno & Associates is a business law firm concentrating in the areas of bankruptcy and civil litigation. Our four attorneys represent both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure actions.

A Unique Background

Our principal attorney, Nicolas V. Dizonno, brings a broad range of skills to bear on every client's case. As a licensed mortgage broker, he is familiar with all aspects of the mortgage industry. He is an accountant who worked for one of the Big Six accounting firms and served as head of finance for Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
